
A good time was had by all at the Run to the Pub HalfMarathon and 10K in Bozeman this weekend. Your Wellness Team represented with some great performances!
- Cristin set a personal best 10K with a time of 46:13. Congrats Cristin! Not only did she run her best 10k ever, she did it in a green tutu. Not too shabby!
- Neal was 12th place overall in the Half-Marathon with a time of 1 hour 21 minutes and 7 seconds. With only 28 days to go till the Boston Marathon–he’ll be ready!
Remember that your Montana Moves March Challenge is to register for an event like the Run to the Pub. Having an event on your calendar and preparing for it is really motivating over the long-term, plus the events themselves are usually a blast and a great way to meet people. You can register for any community-based active event: running, walking, skiing, golfing, biking, triathlon–whatever you’re into (or would like to get into.) Also, the event doesn’t have to be this month, it can be anytime!
