This Wednesday we had a great time presenting, “Sitting is the New Smoking” live from the MSU College of Education, Health and Human Development. The EHHD office recently added two new treadmill workstations, on one of which I was able to present the webinar. I must say that presenting and walking was quite challenging! I averaged around 1.8mph (very slow walk), but still found myself breathless at times as I tried to speak, gesture, and run a Powerpoint at the same time. My coworker Kelsey said I could multitask like a woman—that’s high praise! Even though challenging, it was really fun, especially with our “live studio audience” in the EHHD office. I ended up walking 4000 steps while presenting! In case you missed the webinar, we’ve included the Office Stretch and Exercise video we showed during the webinar, and a link to the webinar itself at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!
