Your Wellness Team likes to practice what we preach, and we’ve been busy the past two weekends on foot, bike, and even in the water, competing in some fun local events. Here’s a recap!
Neal and Cristin both had podium finishes and personal best times in the Bozeman Triton Sprint Triathlon. Cristin was the 3rd overall female finisher, and Neal took 2nd overall male.
This past weekend, Cristin again finished in Bronze position at the Reach Inc. 5k, with a personal best time! Meanwhile, down in Ennis & Virgina City, Neal won the Madison Duathlon for the 4th consecutive year! Way to go Team Wellness!
