With everything in our world consumed with coronavirus news, we thought you could use a feel-good story from one of our MUS employees. Also, our planned Wellness theme for 2020 (before COVID-19 hit), was healthy aging, and the following story is a wonderful example of how to make your health a priority, lifestyle, and long-term goal.

In 2016 we launched a challenge through our Online Incentive Program called the Million Step Club. To complete the challenge and be part of the club, you had to hit at least 10,000 steps on at least 100 days of the year (10,000 x 100 = 1,000,000). The goal was to work on the consistency of hitting our daily step goal. When the challenge began, Trudy Carey, Director of Disability Services for MSU Billings, took consistency to a new level, beginning a streak that is most impressive.
