I’ve been eagerly awaiting the beginning of CSA (community supported agriculture) season, and it finally arrived this week! For the past few years, I’ve participated in a CSA share through Townes Harvest Garden at MSU. Since I’ve recently focused on several at-home fitness videos through the COVID crisis, I thought it would be a nice change to switch it up and put some focus back on nutrition as we get into growing season in Montana!

What’s in the bag? Enjoy the big reveal on this Montana Meals CSA Opening Day video! Then look for ways you can support local fresh produce in your community whether through a CSA, farm stand, or farmer’s market. It’s good for you, and good for your community!

Happy Eating!
