We hope everyone had a wonderful summer! As we’re all gearing up for a new fall semester, here are a couple of MUS Wellness resources to keep in the front of your mind. The return of school is an excellent time to double down on those healthy habits that keep us physically and mentally fit. It’s also a good time to get back into a routine or even add a new healthy habit if your summer tends to be a bit more, shall we say, unstructured, than the school year.

  • Fall Wellcheck Dates Checkout when Wellcheck will be on your campus! For September dates, go ahead and get registered! For October or November, add the dates to your calendar and write yourself a reminder to register around 30 days prior to your date.
  • MUS Wellness Incentive Program powered by Virgin Pulse Join our online Incentive Program where you can track steps and healthy habits, keep abreast of MUS Wellness news and events, and earn up to $40 a quarter! MUS active employees, retirees, and spouses on our MUS Benefit Plan are eligible to participate.
