• This year I was able to lower my cholesterol by almost 60 points thanks to diet and exercise!  I switched to oatmeal, chia seed, hemp hearts and flax in the morning, participated in the initial Nutritional GPA and was able to exercise consistently 4-5 times a week.  The Limeade app and a couple of accountability buddies have helped keep me motivated and moving forward to an even better 2019!
